Finally something fundamental new in rheology after 140 years use of the Maxwell model and ”dogmatic” principles copied from dielectric phenomenon: Control Theory is the kernel of this Polymer Technology Web, the background was published recently at high valuated and prestigious scientific journals.

We applied control theory to model the linear relationship between the relaxation modulus, dynamic and shear viscosity, transient flow effects and CAD/CAE/CFD simulations all related directly Rheologically Effective Distribution (RED) and further to the Molecular Weight Distribution (MWD). Between RED and flow properties is not used any artifical factors.

Moreover Power law, Cox-Merz rule, time–temperature superposition (TTS) and orientation level are explained by direct simple relation to molecular dynamics using structural models comprising dumb-bells in a statistical tube.

New version of the classical Boltzmann superposition principle explains a novel way and sums all shear histories based on the chain orientation state.

Our presented principle with tight scientific and well approved mathematical background is free of earlier limitations and useable for different type flows and states of heterogeneous things and materials.
