Requirements and Outputs

Requirements for RheoAnalyzer

  • Complex viscosity data in ASCII form of dynamic frequency sweep test (in stress or strain controlled mode).
  • Optimally at log0.2 steps or more of recorded data in sweep oscillating frequencies.
  • Already calibrated for PE, PP and PS and by customers for their own applications.
  • Requirements for RheoDeveloper

Elastic and viscous component values gained by RheoAnalyzer.

    Performance of RheoPower

  • MW and LCB distributions in respective data range and forecasts the forms in off-data areas.
  • Wide range viscosity, relaxation modulus and spectrum.
  • Additional new information of macro- and microstructures.
  • The effects of fillers and nanocomposites can be detected and modelled.
  • Additional Performance of RheoAnalyzer

  • At accurate data and frequency range 0.01/s
  • Internal numerical error for viscosity fit typically %RMSE<0.0002.
  • For wider and not accurate data is needed to give priori knowledge about the MWD.
  • System Requirements:

  • The operation systems for RheoPower software package are Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and 10 only on 64-bit platforms.
  • Hard drive 200MB free.
  • Graphics resolution 1366x768 or greater.
