As normally complex or actually shear viscosity data for analysing purposes
The computed Rheologically Effective Distribution (RED) is absolute function on different shear or temperature scales. There is not needed any artifical or priori factors to get RED and further relaxation modulus and other transition functions or to simulate polymer flow by RheoAnalyzer.
To make relations to the measured Molecular Weight Distributions (MWD) by GPC/SEC is needed flow type depend priori structural factor Mf and transition factor Hf or average molecular weight Mw and polydispersity value MwR. An alternative is two combinations as Mf and MwR or Hf and Mw to simulate GPC measurements relative to RED.
More important is the used measuring manner as used raw data form. Complex viscosity data (or G' and G'') as a function of frequency is hoped on Excel or a text file and the best form is on the IUPAC XML data file. If you want to detect LCBs or to get more accurate MWD/RED, then is needed frequencies upwards for well-relaxed sample by oscillating rheometer at small strain specially with PE polymers.
